HoopChi Chicago, visiting hoop instructor Betty Lucas will share a new form of hoop dance exercise. You won't want to miss this downtown rooftop hoop workshop! Hosted by Kelly Strycker, of Chicago Hoop Dance. Hoopchi workshops teach a stress relieving form of movement where the hoop moves off one’s body, not around the waist, providing an overall body-toning and energizing workout.
